What is Club Sweat Coaching?

Club Sweat coaching is a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, movement and nutrition training developed to fit your lifestyle. At Club Sweat we give you the tools to sustain a healthy life for the rest of your life.

Who is Club Sweat for?

Club Sweat was designed for the everyday individual who either wants or already has decided to make health and fitness a lifestyle.

Will Club Sweat work for me?

Our methods will work for anyone. But you have to commit to making small strategic changes in your life.
That’s something no one ever likes to admit about getting in better shape: it takes hard work, time, and determination. Changing your body isn’t easy, but it is possible. Want to lose weight? Eat better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep?

How long do your training programs last?

All of our training packages are broken down in 3,6, and 12 month investments with clients training anywhere from 2-4x per week.

Am I to old/young to work out at Club Sweat?

Absolutely not.

Club Sweat clients range from 21-71 years old and everything in between.

I’m thinking of joining with a partner can we train together?

Yes, in fact we encourage friends, partners, and family members to join together. Social support makes a real difference for people trying to build new habits into their life.

We’ve also had fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, sisters and brothers, coworkers, and best friends join together.

I live outside British Columbia. Can I still train with Club Sweat?


In fact Club Sweat has multiple online clients from all over the world. We have worked with clients in different provinces, countries, and continents.

What are Club Sweat hours?

Club Sweat is a combination of appointment based sessions and semi private classes.

If you decide to join as a private client we fit the schedule to adapt to a time that works for you. If you prefer to join semi private training we have over 15 time slots throughout the week for your convenience.
