Everyone is always focused on the foods you need to eat in order to burn fat. But no one ever really talks about what you need to have in your kitchen to execute your food prep. Imagine being a plumber without having a wrench. You can have all the knowledge in the world but if you don’t have the tools to execute the plan its pointless.
1) Measuring utensils
The first tools you need in your kitchen is a good set of measuring cups and spoons. Take the guess work out, stop eye balling and get precise. When your trying to shed weight calories matter. Most people tend to under estimate or over estimate how much food they are having per meal. Try this simple test. Take what you think is a table spoon of peanut butter and scoop it instead with a 1 tbsp measuring cup and prepare to be shocked. 2) Food scale

Make yourself a healthy salad, or stirfry throw it in the tupperware and your off without even thinking about it. Tupperware is also great for meal prep as well, take 1 or 2 hours a week and chop up your veg cook your protein and store it in tupperware so there’s no thought process on what you have to it.
4) Microwave
Over the last couple years microwaves have been given a bad rap. Microwaves are actually crucial for healthy eating. Prepping your food is a great place to start when your trying to eat healthy. Use those measuring cups, food scale and tupperware to get your portions right then blast away in the microwave for meals you need in a flash for your busy life.
5) Non Stick Pans
A good set of pots and pans will go a long way in cooking healthy meals. Having an effective non-stick pan is a must to decrease the amount of fat and oil you use for cooking, Thayer says. If you use a non-stick pan and cooking spray rather than a pat of butter when frying eggs, for instance, you’ll save 34 calories. Just like that PB calories count.
6) Blender
A blender is crucial for living a healthy lifestyle especially when your on the grow. Everyone should be consuming protein shakes by now. A blender is a great way to add in extra nutrients into your shake to create a Club Sweat super shake, or make a great base for a healthy chilli.
