Although Swapnil has a normal office job and is glued to a laptop day in and day out, he has always been very active through sports and regular workouts. However, over the past couple of years he felt like he had hit a plateau. “Covid didn’t help and we also moved to Vancouver during this difficult time”. After making the move, he knew he needed a fresh start and some help with his workouts and nutrition. “I was looking for something more tailored to my goals and that’s exactly what I found at Club Sweat”
Swaps’ biggest goal before joining Club Sweat was to lose fat, gain strength, build muscle and get in shape to play sports. “I want to be fast and explosive!”
When we asked Swap what had held him back in the past from achieving his goals he answered “Lack of focus on nutrition and not having the right workout plan. I also realized working with you guys that some of the goals I had were conflicting in nature and that it was important to prioritize a particular path instead of trying to do everything at the same time.”
Since joining Club Sweat Swaps has become more aware of what he wants and how he is going to get there. “I have become more disciplined and realized that I just need to trust
the process. I am finally more aware of nutrition, macros, tracking, and being more mindful of what I eat in general. Creating a routine and planning for the day/week to hit my food goals has been the biggest game-changer for me and working with Ash on my nutrition has been great! She taught me that I can eat everything in moderation and not feel like I am “on a diet” or missing out on anything.”
“The biggest help from you guys has been creating a routine/lifestyle that is sustainable. So I am excited about the future and want to see how I can continue building on this!!”
