The proof is in the pudding..the scale means NOTHING and pics mean EVERYTHING!! A 6lb difference on the scale but to the eye, Sandra’s transformation is absolutely insane!

was so discouraging that I would almost give up. The best advice that

about how your clothes fit. Consistency is key, and it is okay to have the cake or indulge in a meal, just adjust the rest of your day to allow for the treat, or just get right
back on track the next day.” It is hard to see progress on your own but then you see the

Before joining Club Sweat, Sandra lived a very sedentary life. Working in an office, always had low energy and constantly just feeling like she was on a hamster wheel day in and day out-same shit different day. “At the time my then 6.5-year-old son was commenting on my jiggly arms and legs and how out of shape I was”.
I guess our phones really do listen to us because within minutes Club Sweats Ad came up on Sandras Facebook feed and she sent in email inquiry immediately. She had had enough!
Sandra was successful with Weight Watchers in the past and had lost a total of 18 lbs in a span of about 8 months but once she stopped, the weight came creeping back year after year.
After Sandra was consistent with her workouts and was feeling more energized, she knew it was time to start working on her nutrition as working out was only going to get her so far. She has now been working on her nutrition with Ash consistently for the past year and has not skipped a beat! “Making small changes to what I eat weekly is such an easier approach to nutrition. Building habits that work with my lifestyle has helped me get this far. Ash’s constant feedback on my food log for portion sizes, replacing certain items with lower-calorie options and the weekly accountably has really kept me in check.”
For someone who hadn’t worked out in over 10 years, Sandra came in with a vengeance! She is most proud of her toned arms, her shoulders and her butt, but most importantly she’s proud of her newfound confidence in her body. “I cannot wait to continue on this journey with Club Sweat. I truly am loving the healthier version of me and will always make sure I make time for myself. Working out makes me feel amazing and is the best way to relieve all of my day to day stresses!
