One of the top reasons given for not exercising? Time.
I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. Since then, I’ve heard many, many reasons for not exercising. But the most commonly cited reason is a lack of time.
It’s a legitimate challenge. We lead very, very busy lives. So, I have a gift for you that will allow you to overcome that challenge.
I know a lot of trainers across the U.S. and Canada.
And a few in the U.K., Australia, and Asia.
It’s great having a network of trainers. What an amazing resource. I have reached out to them and asked for a few good workouts that I can share with you that are:
- Quick
- Able to be done without complicated equipment
- Able to be done in your living room, office or hotel room
This week, we are lucky enough to have a workout by Marannie Rawls-Phillipe, owner of Elm City Coach, a studio that offers group training and personal training in New Haven, Connecticut.
Marannie is a good friend of mine and a rock star trainer. She’s MoveNat certified and an OCR fanatic who also runs fitness vacations in Brazil (totally want to do that). She reached into her bag of tricks and produced this awesome, challenging and simple to do workout.
If you’re on the road a lot, if your schedule is jam-packed, you can still do this workout.
Enjoy!
