So why should you change now?

That’s the primary source of your success.
And it’s also the sole source of your limitations.
How often do you sacrifice sleep, eat tons of sugar, order take-out, over-caffeinated to the point of absurdity, not get up from your desk for an entire day, cancel social plans?
That’s the trade-off of living the all-or-nothing lifestyle.
And I get it—You do it for your mission. For your clients. Your team. For the success of your business. For that inner drive that burns away at you
It’s admirable. How the fuck do you think Club Sweat was built? It sure wasn’t with 8 hours of sleep every night and a great social life.
Your “Winning Strategy” (that kill-at-all-costs determination) got you this far, but it can’t sustain you.
Because the cost is YOU.
And over time, you’ve developed a slew of unhealthy behaviors, emotional addictions, and obsessive beliefs which have now become hard-wired habits and personality traits.
