- 10 Push Ups / Rest 20 Secs
- 15 Burpees / Rest 30 Secs
- 20 Squats / Rest 40 Secs
- 30 sec plank / Rest 60 secs
Repeat 5-10x depending on how much time you have that day.

Repeat 2-5x depending on exercise level and time.
We love these workouts because as the intensity goes up so does your requirements for recovery, this allows you to finish the workout and keeps your heart rate elevated throughout.
You can, of course, adjust the exercises and numbers to suit your level of fitness.
