When it comes to fat loss intensity is king. Pair intensity with its evil twin density and you got yourself one heck of a gut blasting fat loss routine.
The routine is easy to follow and can be done anywhere from your hotel room to a top of the line gym. All you need to do is set a timer on your watch perform the following movements as a circuit, moving from one exercise to the next without resting. Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes record how many rounds you got through and the next time you do the routine try and beat your previous score.
Forward Lunges- 10 reps per leg
Pushups- 10 reps
Reverse Lunges- 10 reps
