Growing up, Giuliana was always an active kid. Playing soccer and lacrosse amongst other things. When Giuliana isn’t working as a legal assistant you can still find her on the pitch at least 2 times per week, a sport shes played since she was 6.
When Giuliana became a legal assistant her activity levels dropped quite a bit. She needed to get her self moving more and realized soccer twice per week just wasn’t enough. She knew she wanted to go back to the gym but just hated how busy they all were. Having to wait for machine after machine, some of which she had no idea how to even use.
Giuliana’s brother Adriano, approached Giuliana with the idea of trying something new with him and his girlfriend. They all knew they wanted to get back into fitness and the idea that they could all hold eachother accountable sounded too good to be true. After coming together for a few months, their schedules started to shift and they could no longer make all the classes together. Giuliana was terrified to come in on her own but she is so damn thankful that she picked up her big girl panties and walked into the gym without her sidekicks. Since that day, she has never looked back!
Giuliana grew up in an Italian household and as she puts it, was “mindfucked by food.” If she didn’t eat enough she was too skinny, if she went for seconds she was going to become fat. How the hell was she supposed to look at food and know what was right?
Giuliana has never had a lot of weight to lose but wanted to live her best life and not have to worry about going out and finding the right foods to eat or not to eat. What drinks to have or not to have. She wanted to be able to enjoy herself without any worry. As she should! She is only in her early 20’s!!
Giuliana is so proud of herself for committing and not quitting.
